Difficult Conversations in the Workplace

KindCurators 10 to 10 series of webinars is pleased to have Kate Coulson back with us, this time to talk about Difficult Conversations.

Most of us humans hate conflict. We shy away from starting difficult conversations because we don’t want to offend anyone, hurt anyone’s feelings, or upset others. We can be scared of the reaction we might invoke and the consequence of poking the hornet’s nest.

HOWEVER! As a manager or leader there are times when we can’t hide away and we have to face our fears and have that harsh, awkward, or difficult conversation.

Join Kate Coulson and Rachel Meakins for an informal webinar on the art of successfully having that difficult conversation.

Please come prepared to learn some tools and techniques to overcome fears and embrace those hard to have conversations and share your own experiences with others (if you want to).

Be open to changing your mindset on difficult conversations and embracing the possibilities they can bring.
