Creating Kind & Inclusive Work Cultures
When Rachel met David….
Rachel Meakins and David Beeney first met early in 2019 when Rachel called David to speak at a company event. David kindly accepted!
It was such a success that they decided to go around the UK to various organisations that opened their doors to the wider community and companies to hear David talk about Mental Health in the Workplace, on creating cultures of trust that are free from the stigma of mental health that are all inclusive.
The feedback on each of these events was incredible on how inspirational David was in highlighting his own vulnerability and how mental health needed to be at the forefront of employee engagement.
When lockdown happened, they turned to doing webinars that were open to all, to support HR and companies on how to look after each other, employees and yourself.
The journey continues to create kind inclusive work cultures, with wellbeing, employee engagement and leadership training delivered by David and HR Projects, that attract, engage and retain employees led by Rachel and our team of expert Curators, who all share our passion of creating kind and inclusive work cultures.
